Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience building large-scale cloud service platforms.
  • 10+ years of people management experience recruiting and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical fluency across cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Experience building self-service solutions like developer portals, golden paths, and service catalogs.
  • Deep understanding of platform-as-a-product principles and internal customer discovery.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly data-driven approach using performance metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Experience building or scaling large, mission-critical software services.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for foundational developer platform services.
  • Lead the transformation of platform capabilities from reactive, ticket-based support into scalable self-service experiences.
  • Establish product management practices for internal infrastructure, including user research, roadmap planning, and KPI definition.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Design to ensure platform solutions are extensible and secure.
  • Drive improvements across APIs, SDKs, sandbox environments, and developer portals to reduce cognitive load.
  • Develop compelling product narratives that communicate the strategic importance of the developer platform.
  • Establish governance frameworks and KPI dashboards for platform adoption and developer productivity.
