Requirements
- Master’s degree and 6 years, Bachelor’s degree and 8 years, or Diploma and 12 years of Product/AI/Information/Tech Systems experience.
- Experience in leading products, defining roadmaps, and tracking product success.
- Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, AI engineers, and data scientists.
- 5+ years delivering AI/ML, developer platform, or enterprise software products (preferred).
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, agent orchestration, and model serving.
- Experience with modern AI/cloud technologies such as AWS, Databricks, MLflow, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Expertise in defining and measuring developer experience and platform health metrics.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and governance practices for enterprise AI.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Manager within an Agile framework to lead the Enterprise Agentic Platform strategy.
- Drive the evolution of the agentic ecosystem including orchestration, memory, tool integration, and governance.
- Champion an exceptional developer experience by providing SDKs, APIs, documentation, and internal tooling.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from discovery to enterprise scale.
- Monitor platform health and adoption metrics such as usage, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Establish governance, guardrails, and evaluation standards in partnership with Responsible AI and Security teams.
