Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with focus on customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience developing and managing customer review or advocacy programs.
- Experience creating enablement materials for account management or customer-facing teams.
- Exceptional written communication skills for transforming complex product concepts into clear messaging.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable programs and establish repeatable processes.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to use data to improve engagement programs.
- Experience with platforms such as Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot, G2, Capterra, or Trustpilot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own customer communications programs, including feature announcements, release notes, and product updates.
- Translate complex product and marketing messaging into concise, benefit-focused communications.
- Build and maintain a communications calendar aligned with product releases and lifecycle moments.
- Develop and maintain enablement resources for account managers, including call templates, talk tracks, and conversation guides.
- Partner with Customer Experience and Sales leadership to identify gaps and support renewals and upsells.
- Lead the strategy and execution of customer review-generation programs across platforms like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.
- Monitor review volume and performance, using insights to improve customer advocacy initiatives.
- Serve as a connection point between Product Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure accurate product positioning.
- Participate in product and launch planning to represent the customer communications workstream.
- Gather insights from account manager conversations to refine messaging and content priorities.
