Requirements

  • At least 3 years of account management experience supporting local, regional, or national client accounts.
  • Experience working with clients in professional services (such as legal, accounting, or mortgage) or home services (such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or restoration).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, PPC, websites, and online marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms, with an understanding of how they support digital visibility and marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience managing website-related projects and coordinating multiple client initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume client portfolio while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and knowing when to engage subject matter experts.
  • Experience with agency environments, performance reporting, digital marketing analytics, or consultative upselling is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 15+ client accounts, serving as the primary contact and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Lead strategic discussions around digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, website optimization, and emerging AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee client requests and smaller website or marketing projects while maintaining clear priorities and timelines.
  • Present campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations using data-driven reporting to support business growth.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and available services while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships through consultative account growth.
  • Participate in internal planning sessions, contribute to continuous process improvements, and foster strong collaboration across teams.
