Requirements
- Experience building people infrastructure from scratch in a startup environment
- Experience in both lifecycle HR and full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates including engineers and AI/ML talent
- Proficiency in Greenhouse configuration and management
- Understanding of global remote compliance and hiring across time zones
- Proficiency in using AI tools for daily operations
- Professional-level English communication skills
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with high ownership
Responsibilities
- Design and run onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
- Build and maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements across multiple countries
- Establish performance management systems tied to measurable output and ownership
- Serve as the internal point of contact for employee relations and people questions
- Partner with founders on org design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all open roles including creative, sales, ops, clinical, and engineering
- Source and screen technical candidates including Full-Stack, AI/ML, and DevOps without outsourcing
- Manage and optimize the hiring pipeline in Greenhouse
- Design interview processes and scorecards
