Requirements
- Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end.
- Experience in a technology company.
- Builder's approach to AI and automation with experience shipping internal tooling or workflows.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills to produce clear, compliant, and persuasive responses.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate contributors, reviews, and sign-offs under deadline pressure.
- Commercial instincts to read scoring criteria, identify differentiation, and evaluate pursuit viability.
- Ability to coordinate contributors across functions and timezones.
- Bonus: Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
- Bonus: Experience with security or compliance questionnaires.
- Bonus: Technical or pre-sales background.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission.
- Decode evaluator requirements and shape response strategy with account teams.
- Coordinate input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security teams.
- Drive every submission to meet high standards on time.
- Utilize an AI-first system for tasks like first drafts, compliance checks, and content retrieval.
- Systematize repetitive work by creating templates, content, and processes for company-wide benefit.
