Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience managing professional-services, public health, healthcare, emergency preparedness, or analytical projects for federal agencies.
- Demonstrated track record of serving in client-facing leadership roles on federal government contracts.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Practical understanding of federal contract administration and Quality Control Plans (QCP).
- Knowledge of Section 508 document accessibility compliance standards.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- PMP certification from PMI (preferred).
- Knowledge of public health emergency management, pandemic readiness, or HSEEP principles (preferred).
- Experience working with or supporting federal health agencies (e.g., HHS, IHS, CDC, SAMHSA) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all contract tasks, managing schedules, team workflows, sub-contractors, and quality control.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and agency leadership.
- Author and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk Register, and RACI matrix.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) and a Final Activities Report.
- Coordinate discovery sessions with agency Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and manage logistics for virtual tabletop exercises.
- Enforce the contract Quality Control Plan (QCP) and verify Section 508 accessibility compliance.
