- Proven management experience in a metrics driven and deadline driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives
- Advanced skill level with MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Manage health care quality projects, performance improvement, and initiatives through strategic project management
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across teams to drive results and lead virtual teams
- Support decision making regarding the design, development, prioritization, implementation, and evaluation strategy of quality improvement projects and HEDIS initiatives
- Use key data to identify performance trends and conduct analyses to support business decisions
- Communicate information, impact, and influence across teams and business areas to drive business performance
- Execute strategy to facilitate and drive a service and continuous improvement culture in the HEDIS organization
