Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Specialist role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience with contact center solutions designed for large B2C enterprises.
- Proven experience implementing and configuring complex customer service platforms.
- Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience with Omni and enterprise deployments.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of APIs and system-level integrations.
- Familiarity with AI Agents in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops to gather business processes and technical requirements for AI, chat, and messaging initiatives.
- Translate requirements into detailed design specifications for platform integration.
- Configure the Quiq platform, including messaging channels, routing rules, intelligent agent workflows, and integrations.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices for optimizing platform impact and operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training for administrators, contact center supervisors, and frontline agents.
- Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to the refinement of professional services methodologies and best practices.
