Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in SaaS product management.
Track record of owning products end to end and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
Strong product judgment with the ability to make hard tradeoffs.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor for prototyping.
Technical fluency to engage with engineering on performance, reliability, and integrations.
Proven ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
Ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments.
Execution excellence in defining, shipping, measuring, and iterating product features.
Strong customer empathy, optimizing for user speed and confidence.
Domain experience in PLG, monetization, billing, or expansion surfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own team invite and joiner experience to convert new seats into active, paying users.
Manage admin upgrade request flows to capture conversion opportunities.
Implement credit and plan upsell triggers based on user behavior.
Design and optimize hand-off processes for qualified teams to the sales team.
Develop reporting to track expansion health and conversion metrics.
Define strategy and roadmap through deep user and admin workflow analysis.
Prototype product changes rapidly using AI tools to validate ideas.
Partner with design and engineering teams to define specifications and deliver product updates.
Drive alignment across Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, and Support teams.
