Requirements
- 5-7 years of demonstrable experience in product management with a track record of driving user adoption or growth.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, activation, or growth for complex web applications.
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to drive long-term strategy while managing execution details.
- Experience using experimentation methods such as A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts.
- Skilled at tailoring communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization with close collaboration between product, design, and engineering.
- Attention to detail for design, usability, and user empathy.
- Competency in making data-driven product decisions; proficiency in SQL, Looker, or other data-visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote-reliant environment with effective communication skills.
- Strong desire for fostering inclusivity and interest in progressive politics.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for product adoption across the platform, setting roadmap priorities for discovery and onboarding.
- Manage concurrent adoption and onboarding projects, planning multiple quarters ahead.
- Apply analytical skills to synthesize research—including user interviews, support tickets, and usage data—into actionable product decisions.
- Deliver requirements, release plans, and long-term roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational strategy.
- Lead discussions on organizational priorities, tradeoffs, and dependencies to drive fundraising success for campaigns and nonprofits.
- Create organized documentation for complex cross-team initiatives, including strategy briefs and rollout plans.
- Tailor communication of adoption metrics and growth strategy to diverse stakeholders, including engineering, design, and leadership.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment on growth initiatives.
- Drive research into onboarding performance using data analysis, competitive analysis, and user research.
