Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management within a consumer-facing application or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable adoption, engagement, trading activity, or retention for financial or trading products.
  • Hands-on experience marketing trading, investing, cryptocurrency, or derivatives products.
  • Strong understanding of active trader behavior, motivations, and customer journeys.
  • Proven ability to manage product launches and growth strategies end-to-end, from market positioning through performance measurement.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including experience defining KPIs and interpreting performance data.
  • Experience developing and executing large-scale growth, engagement, acquisition, or win-back programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn complex products and customer insights into clear, differentiated narratives.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of high-impact initiatives.
  • Comfortable using generative AI tools responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for trading products, translating complex offerings into customer-centric positioning, messaging, and value propositions that drive adoption.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new trading instruments, including audience segmentation, positioning, channel planning, creative briefing, launch execution, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with CRM and growth teams to develop full-funnel programs that increase trading activity, activate new users, and re-engage customers.
  • Develop innovative engagement initiatives, including trading competitions, incentives, and event-driven campaigns.
  • Build deep customer insights across trader segments and translate those insights into marketing and product recommendations.
  • Define and monitor success metrics tied to trading volume, product adoption, retention, and campaign performance.
  • Run experiments and use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, CRM, and creative stakeholders.
