Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, program/project coordination, support, or a similar analytical role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through on issue resolution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build productive cross-functional working relationships.
- Comfort navigating ambiguous situations where ownership isn't clearly defined.
- Strong investigative mindset with a desire to identify the root cause of operational problems.
- Systems-minded approach to learning new tools and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to independently prioritize competing requests and manage workload.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows.
- Residency in one of the approved states: CA, CO, IL, MA, MS, NE, NJ, NY (excluding Boroughs), NC, PA, TX, UT, or WA.
Responsibilities
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and regulatory requests across the product portfolio.
- Intake and triage incoming bugs and requests from stakeholders for Product/Engineering teams.
- Support the launch of new courses and products, including proprietary LMS configuration tasks.
- Partner with the Regulatory team on course requirements and updates.
- Keep the existing course catalog healthy through ongoing content and configuration maintenance.
- Monitor product and course metrics and investigate trends.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools like Claude Code or Codex.
