Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, program/project coordination, support, or a similar analytical role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through on issue resolution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build productive cross-functional relationships.
- Curiosity and an investigative mindset to untangle operational problems.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize competing requests independently.
- Systems-minded with the ability to learn new tools and troubleshoot technical issues.
- A builder's instinct with experience using AI to automate parts of your own work.
- Reside in one of the approved US states listed in the job description.
Responsibilities
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and regulatory requests across the product portfolio.
- Intake and triage incoming bugs and requests from stakeholders for Product and Engineering teams.
- Support the launch of new courses and products, including proprietary LMS configuration tasks.
- Partner with the Regulatory team on course requirements and updates.
- Maintain the health of the existing course catalog through ongoing content and configuration updates.
- Monitor product and course metrics to investigate trends and identify next steps.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
