Requirements
- Demonstrated experience driving an AI-driven SDLC transformation.
- Hands-on fluency with coding agents and agentic workflows.
- Active experimentation with AI tools in professional and personal life.
- Strong change management experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong operational skills, including measuring and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Highly adaptable with strong critical thinking skills to address operational bottlenecks.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presence for C-Suite interactions.
- Willingness to act as a point of contact for onboarding and knowledge management initiatives.
- Nice to have: product management experience, project management certification, and experience in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall development and strategy setting for operations across Product & Engineering, including setting performance targets and tracking outcomes.
- Own and drive the AI SDLC transformation across R&D to enable team members and AI agents to move initiatives from idea to execution.
- Define and manage the roadmap for foundational R&D context, tooling, and agentic workflows.
- Spearhead change management across the R&D organization to shepherd the team through new ways of working.
- Facilitate the company roadmapping process, including input intake, dependency management, and OKR alignment.
- Manage the Solution Development Lifecycle by facilitating launches and ensuring high-quality documentation.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecked processes to improve team efficiency.
