Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Experience working with multiple programming languages.
- Experience working across the full stack, both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong collaboration skills with product and design stakeholders.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions.
- Familiarity with modern software build and deploy processes is a plus.
- Experience building for product-driven growth or modern enterprise audiences is a plus.
- Experience with technologies such as Go, Typescript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build new products that help larger teams and companies manage their applications.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and other engineering stakeholders.
- Evolve and mature the Render codebase as the product scales in complexity.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Shape team culture and engineering practices as the company grows.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.
