Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 8+ years of related experience (or a Master's degree with 6+ years).
  • Experience in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of investor relations and adjacent functions including finance, accounting, and corporate communications.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including comfort with financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, polished materials.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of building or improving structure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership.
  • High degree of discretion in handling confidential and material non-public information.
  • Experience or strong interest in ad tech is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end coordination of the quarterly earnings process, including timelines, checklists, and cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications and other internal partners.
  • Draft and refine earnings materials — press releases, earnings decks, Q&A prep documents, and CEO/CFO scripts — in partnership with the VP, Investor Relations.
  • Build and maintain core IR infrastructure: investor decks, roadshow and conference materials, models, fact sheets, and recurring reporting templates appropriate for a public company.
  • Synthesize sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for the management team.
  • Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking analysis against comparable public companies to inform earnings narratives and investor messaging.
  • Track shareholder base composition, trading activity, and ownership changes; help build and maintain systems to monitor investor feedback and sentiment.
  • Prepare details briefing materials for senior management ahead of investor meetings and conferences.
  • Manage logistics and briefing materials for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst days.
  • Maintain and update IR website content and other investor-facing communications channels.
