Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of related experience (or a Master's degree with 6+ years) in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Extensive knowledge of investor relations and adjacent functions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including comfort with financial statement analysis.
- Familiarity with public-company disclosure practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and investor audiences.
- Highly organized and process-driven with a track record of building structure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects independently.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for partnering with Finance, Legal, and Communications.
- High degree of discretion in handling confidential and material non-public information.
- Strong interest in ad tech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of the quarterly earnings process, including timelines, checklists, and cross-functional inputs.
- Draft and refine earnings materials including press releases, earnings decks, Q&A prep documents, and CEO/CFO scripts.
- Build and maintain core IR infrastructure such as investor decks, roadshow materials, financial models, and fact sheets.
- Synthesize sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for the management team.
- Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking analysis to inform earnings narratives and investor messaging.
- Track shareholder base composition and monitor investor feedback and sentiment.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials for senior management ahead of investor meetings and conferences.
- Manage logistics and briefing materials for non-deal roadshows and analyst days.
- Maintain and update IR website content and investor-facing communication channels.
