Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Management with an emphasis on data governance strategy, standards development, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Expertise in overseeing teams dedicated to big data cloud solution architecture, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Proven experience with business intelligence and analytics.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with experience briefing senior executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs/projects with similar operations scope.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple concurrent work streams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact to oversee contract execution and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Define the program’s technical strategy, architecture vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap.
- Manage development, operations, and implementation tasks using Agile Project Management techniques.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to include milestones and dependencies.
- Provide biweekly Agile reports, including sprint reports and backlog metrics.
- Manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) and perform risk mitigation.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, financials, and outcomes to stakeholders.
