Requirements
- 7+ years in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume interview scheduling and offer processes.
- Hands-on experience administering an ATS and adjacent recruiting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently across time zones with minimal direction.
- Legally authorized to work as a contractor in Mexico, Costa Rica, or Argentina.
- Prior experience supporting a technology or SaaS hiring function is a plus.
- Experience improving recruitment processes and measuring the results.
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Manage candidate communication proactively throughout the hiring process.
- Generate and release offer letters while ensuring document accuracy.
- Administer and optimize the TA tech stack, including ATS, scheduling, and assessment tools.
- Build and maintain hiring dashboards to surface actionable insights from data.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Lead projects to implement AI and automation within recruitment workflows.
