Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions (marketing, operations, creative, sales, and technical).
- Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
- Proven track record of building or significantly improving recruiting and HR processes.
- Strong understanding of member retention, engagement, performance management, and people operations.
- Strong instinct for culture, ownership, and identifying high-performing talent.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without constant direction.
- AI-native mindset with active use of AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and executives.
- Ability to work CET/EET-aligned hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve full-cycle recruiting across marketing, operations, technology, creative, and sales.
- Audit and refine existing recruiting workflows, interview structures, and offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and maintain a high talent bar.
- Establish and implement HR best practices, including performance management and engagement systems.
- Develop structured processes for career development, compensation reviews, and team feedback.
- Shape and protect company culture while supporting organizational scaling.
- Leverage AI tools to automate processes, improve productivity, and enhance recruiting/HR documentation.
