Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA) or Ariba.
- Strong foundational knowledge of core SAP business processes and data models (MM/FI).
- Familiarity with standard SAP integration methods (IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, or SAP BTP/CPI).
- Experience working with XML/REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
- Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience.
- Comfortable working with API documentation and troubleshooting integration errors.
- Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Strong bias toward continuous improvement and systematic documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on core SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and Ariba integration templates.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams to align integration templates with core architecture.
- Identify reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances from complex customer implementations.
- Partner with account teams during pre-sales to design and vet integration architectures.
- Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices.
- Build fluency across additional ERP ecosystems to become a subject matter expert on Zip’s App Studio.
- Configure APIs and modify templates to ensure scalable, repeatable customer deployments.
