Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain end-to-end software from design through deployment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Python, TypeScript, C#, or Node.js.
- Practical experience integrating systems via APIs, authentication, and structured data formats.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered tools and agents (prompting, tool use, RAG, orchestration).
- Experience building cloud-based services with CI/CD, source control, and operational monitoring.
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into specifications.
- Experience with GTM systems (CRM, marketing automation, ERP, or support platforms).
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance expectations (access controls, data governance).
- Strong engineering fundamentals and interest in AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to identify AI-driven process improvements.
- Map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows for automation.
- Design and implement internal AI agents using LLM patterns like function calling, RAG, and orchestration.
- Build full-stack solutions including lightweight UX, API layers, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Operate, monitor, and scale AI tools with a focus on reliability and documentation.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance guardrails by design.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Privacy to drive solution adoption.
