Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related IT major.
- 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors hands-on experience.
- Experience as an Architect/Senior consultant in at least 8 SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations.
- Deep technical experience in SAP Application engineering using the extensibility model.
- Experience with In-App extensions using RAP (Restful ABAP Programming) model.
- Experience with side-by-side extensions in BTP using the Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP products and solution offerings.
- Experience in HR transformation projects (e.g., SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central).
- Experience working with interfaces including Web Services, Java connectors, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Clean Core principles and using released APIs for customization.
- Experience designing/developing cloud-based applications using SAP BTP services.
- Leadership experience working in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the overarching technical strategy, govern architectural standards, and ensure seamless, scalable integration across the HCM suite.
- Manage technical SAP teams through complex system development and deployment including AI and application development.
- Re-engineer, transform, and maintain custom SAP SOH workloads onto SuccessFactors and BTP.
- Analyze custom workloads and establish a framework to migrate objects and achieve a 'clean core'.
- Evaluate business requirements and architect integrated SAP solutions.
- Design and develop cloud-based applications using SAP BTP, Business Application Studio, and Integration Suite.
- Guide the engineering team to develop and implement solutions per product development standards.
- Participate in product roadmap and strategy definition.
- Mentor, coach, and provide training to engineers and consultants.
