Requirements
- Successfully executed capture and/or delivery of defence programs
- Extensive network across the Defence community (primes, system integrators, technology vendors, and government program owners)
- Experience working across multiple domains and with various government customers
- UK MoD and US DoD experience highly preferable
- Consistent closer with a history of exceeding annual targets
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and prospect activity
Responsibilities
- Grow Hadean's public sector business
- Generate a qualified pipeline of customer opportunities via sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and engagement activity
- Qualify and validate opportunities including delivery of proof of value
- Establish commercial partnerships with system integrators and primes
- Drive program capture with system integrator partners and direct-to-gov
- Develop strategic proposals based on industry trends, research, and intelligence
