Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space.
- Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of building meaningful relationships from scratch in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working in or closely adjacent to the commercial side of healthcare, such as a digital health company.
- Experience with payer or employer channel exposure.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple high-impact customers and moving pieces operationally.
- Ability to think strategically and document logic for repeatable playbooks.
- Strong analytical skills to identify questions, gather data, and form points of view.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen senior-level relationships with commercial leadership at the health plan partner.
- Develop Headway's understanding of patient acquisition channels to inform strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with internal, cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights for product and operations strategy.
- Drive strategic initiatives that deepen the partnership, expand Headway's role, and increase ecosystem stickiness.
- Build and document a commercial channel playbook to be replicated across other accounts.
