Job Details

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the creator, affiliate, or influencer marketing industry.
Alternatively, 1-3 years in a traditional SDR/BDR/full-cycle sales role, ideally in an agency or martech environment.
Working knowledge of the creator/affiliate ecosystem, including influencer programs and shoppable platforms like TikTok Shop.
Comfortable owning and being measured against daily activity goals and revenue targets.
Strong CRM discipline, with preference for HubSpot experience.
Comfort with project management platforms such as Asana.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outbound stakeholder messaging.
Proficiency in creating engaging, high-impact proposal decks in Google Slides.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Own and hit daily outreach activity goals across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and conferences to build a qualified pipeline.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with brands evaluating creator, affiliate, or influencer marketing programs.
Collaborate with the VP of Brand Partnerships to test and refine outbound strategies tailored to marketing decision-makers.
Manage a small sales quota focused on mid-size growth brands from initial contact through closing.
Maintain full CRM hygiene in HubSpot and keep pipeline forecasts accurate.
Lead the project management process for proposal, RFP, and RFI creation.
Conduct prospect research and deliver actionable briefs to the sales team.
Support the ideation and creation of compelling pitch decks.
