Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in CCaaS and/or SaaS sales preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing accounts with 100 - 3,000 agents.
- Success selling at the C-level.
- Proven sales hunter and closer mentality.
- Superior professional presence and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Establish credibility and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop comprehensive account sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell Five9 products and AI offerings.
- Drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts via lead generation and networking.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention throughout the implementation and support experience.
