Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience.
- Experience with high-volume call/text/email cadence.
- Proven track record of hitting booking or revenue targets.
- Strong, demonstrable objection-handling ability.
- Experience with CRM software (Go High Level preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in the US.
- Must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours.
- Comfortable with ongoing coaching, feedback, and regular role-play.
- Experience in health/wellness, elective medical, or high-ticket service sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run 80-100 strategic touch points per day across call, text, email, and video.
- Execute a structured follow-up cadence for semi-cold and fresh inquiries.
- Handle objections regarding cost, timing, skepticism, and past care experiences.
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline hygiene.
- Confirm and reinforce commitment to protect discovery visit show rates.
- Participate in weekly sales coaching, call reviews, and live role-play.
- Track and report on individual KPIs including booking and show rates.
