Requirements
- Two years of experience in a related field
- Strong business acumen with analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a large volume of tasks and projects
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Residency in the Central Ohio area
- Dedicated home workspace free from distractions
- High-speed internet connection (min 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
- Four-year degree from an accredited university or college preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional preferred
- Experience in telecommunications, construction, or commercial leasing preferred
Responsibilities
- Vet client properties with vendors for existing provider agreements
- Review client surveys to understand their specific needs
- Review and interpret existing agreements to capture key terms
- Identify opportunities with vendors for new and/or competitive proposals
- Prepare detailed proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial projections
- Negotiate business and financial terms of proposals
- Proof draft contracts
- Manage a high volume of projects and tasks
