Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in FinTech, RegTech, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Deep domain expertise in KYC fraud, including synthetic identity, document fraud, and account takeover.
- Hands-on experience working with ML and Data Science teams defining requirements and managing feedback loops.
- Proven track record of owning an end-to-end product roadmap in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party data providers such as credit bureaus or risk data vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the multi-quarter product roadmap for KYC fraud and risk solutions.
- Define product vision aligned with platform strategy.
- Conduct market evaluations and competitive analysis to inform build, partner, or buy decisions.
- Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities in consumer identity fraud and risk decisioning.
- Serve as the voice of the customer through regular discovery interviews with enterprise clients.
- Lead cross-functional squads including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Legal.
- Partner with ML and Data Science teams to define model requirements and validate performance.
- Communicate roadmap updates and product vision to executive leadership and clients.
