Requirements
- 2–5+ years of candidate sourcing experience in construction and/or engineering.
- Proven experience supporting U.S.-based hiring.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. construction and engineering job roles, terminology, and career paths.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work overlapping U.S. business hours.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS preferred.
- Experience with staffing agencies or RPOs serving the U.S. preferred.
- Background sourcing for large-scale construction or EPC firms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates for roles such as Project Managers, Field Engineers, Superintendents, and Estimators.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screen for skills, experience, and availability.
- Assess candidate fit based on U.S. market expectations.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based recruiters to deliver pre-qualified shortlists.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within ATS or CRM systems.
- Provide market insights and regular pipeline reports to the recruitment team.
