Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or a related scientific discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in genomics, molecular diagnostics, reproductive health, clinical diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or market development within healthcare or life sciences.
- Demonstrated experience engaging clinicians, healthcare providers, laboratories, and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of genomics technologies, sequencing workflows, and molecular diagnostics clinical applications.
- Strong strategic-thinking and business-development capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, influencing, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, medical, and technical departments.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of operating independently.
- Advanced scientific or business qualification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive annual revenue, consumables, and growth targets across the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and fertility centers.
- Develop strong relationships with obstetricians, gynecologists, geneticists, and laboratory directors.
- Lead demand-generation initiatives such as scientific meetings, workshops, and educational programs.
- Drive adoption of sequencing platforms, library preparation solutions, and associated workflows.
- Partner with clinical application and technical teams to support customer onboarding and workflow optimization.
- Lead the commercialization of new reproductive and genetic health applications.
- Establish strategic collaborations with healthcare institutions and laboratory networks.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
- Manage strategic accounts and maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and CRM records.
