Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of products and features from concept to completion.
- Strong product sense with the ability to understand user needs, business goals, and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail and craft.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in product-led environments.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Experience working with established design systems and scalable product experiences.
- Familiarity with using AI tools as part of the design process is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process for key product initiatives, from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, and final execution.
- Translate complex user and business challenges into clear, intuitive, and effective product experiences.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Champion design quality, consistency, and usability by contributing to and leveraging established design systems.
- Present design concepts, explain decision-making processes, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve solutions.
- Participate in design critiques and support the growth and development of other designers through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
