Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in supporting full product life cycles
- Ability to break down complex problems to create intuitive, delightful solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and demonstrated ability to translate findings into actionable design insights
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into the design process for ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis
- Growth mindset and a willingness to improve processes, tools, and techniques
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for the Proposals Squad while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers
- Work in an iterative design process: initiating UX research, prototyping, usability testing, incorporating internal+external feedback, and evaluating metrics when available
- Apply strategic thinking to product features, ensuring your design solutions align with company goals
- Contribute to the design team’s culture through design jams, critiques, retrospectives, and cross-squad initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights to incorporate into your design solutions
- Advocate for our users and ensure decisions are made with customers in mind
