Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and end-to-end feature design.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Experience working with established design systems.
- Ability to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Detail-oriented with skills ranging from lo-fi concepts to hi-fi visual design.
- Strong communication skills for explaining design choices and thought processes.
- Proactive approach to working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with AI design tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end design for key product initiatives for retailers and consumers.
- Manage the design lifecycle from discovery and research to detailed interaction and visual design.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver user-centered features.
- Champion design quality and consistency by contributing to and leveraging the design system.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Mentor other designers and actively participate in design critiques.
