Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience.
- Agency or design studio experience is required.
- High-caliber portfolio showcasing complex products and strong visual design skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Mastery of user-centric and data-informed product design principles.
- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience designing mobile apps, web products, and marketing websites.
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and manage tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity design, handoff, and QA.
- Plan and facilitate design workshops, client reviews, user research, and user testing sessions.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to solve complex UI/UX challenges.
- Mentor and guide individual designers and project teams with high-level strategic direction.
- Articulate and defend design decisions to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee creative direction across 1–2 concurrent projects to ensure quality and consistency.
