- Proven experience designing complex, analytics-heavy B2B platforms.
- Understanding of front-end engineering principles and technical feasibility.
- Ability to balance creative, unique design with practical user needs.
- Strong eye for both UI aesthetics and UX functionality.
- Experience working with design patterns and style guides.
- Ability to work autonomously in an early-stage startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of platform design including UI, UX, and graphics.
- Work directly with the CEO and product managers to define design strategy.
- Engage with customers and analyze product data to inform design decisions.
- Create designs for complex features including analytics, workflows, and project management.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and correctly implemented.
- Maintain and contribute to design patterns and style guides.
