Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting full product design lifecycles in SaaS, B2B, or technology environments.
- Strong ability to break down complex problems and create intuitive, engaging user experiences.
- Experience with user research methodologies and translating research findings into practical design solutions.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools throughout the design process to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Growth mindset with a continuous desire to improve workflows, tools, and design practices.
- A portfolio demonstrating product design experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete product design process, from discovery and research through ideation, prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define solutions and drive product improvements.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to uncover customer needs and translate insights into actionable designs.
- Create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished experiences that align with user expectations and business objectives.
- Apply strategic thinking to product decisions, balancing customer impact, development effort, and delivery timelines.
- Advocate for users by ensuring customer needs remain at the center of product decisions.
- Contribute to the design team culture through critiques, design workshops, retrospectives, and cross-team initiatives.
- Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge, improve processes, and elevate design quality.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and research while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
