Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- Proven experience working at a startup or fast-moving product company.
- Portfolio demonstrating functional, simple, and delightful user interfaces.
- Experience building and improving design systems.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with AI design and prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Claude, Cursor).
- Ability to handle ambiguity and conduct independent user research.
- Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization.
Responsibilities
- Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces.
- Own product copy for all design outputs.
- Contribute to team vision, planning, and roadmap.
- Maintain and improve the internal design system.
- Document design context and constraints in Notion and Figma to support async collaboration.
- Use AI tools for research, prototyping, and iteration.
- Conduct research and usability tests to champion user needs.
- Collaborate directly with product managers and engineers.
