- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or related field
- Organized and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining critical judgment and independent thinking
- Takes ownership of deadlines
- Stays responsive on email and Slack
- Willingness to research deeply and ask questions to understand complex topics
- Maintains energy and enthusiasm
- Coachable with a constructive attitude toward feedback
- Strong writing ability to craft clear, compelling pitches and press releases
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and podcasts in the LMS space using AI tools
- Match influencers to tailored pitches and appropriate Litmos spokespeople
- Coordinate podcast interviews and create briefing documents for spokespeople
- Draft press releases for leadership review and upload to newswire services
- Optimize YouTube channel content with SEO-focused titles, descriptions, and metadata
