Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related Project Management experience (with a degree) or 10 years of related experience.
- 10+ years of professional geospatial experience with aerial bathymetry surveys.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated experience managing aerial bathymetry sensor survey programs.
- Experience with project management and geospatial software (MS Project, Global Mapper, ESRI ArcGIS Pro, CARIS).
- Familiarity with aerial bathymetric lidar data acquisition and processing.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the year.
- Experience with proposal writing and developing technical fee estimates.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage international aerial bathymetry survey projects through the entire lifecycle.
- Develop work plans, survey specifications, and flight plans aligned with standards like IHO S-44 and USACE requirements.
- Select appropriate sensors and acquisition methodologies for diverse environments.
- Lead kickoff, progress, and technical review meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Oversee mobilization, field operations, and data quality assurance procedures.
- Track project performance, resource planning, and financial health in the ERP system.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships to support business development goals.
