Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project execution or construction management within the power generation, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Direct experience executing projects from the Owner's side or EPC side through all phases from development to operational handover.
- Specific experience in the construction and execution of natural gas-fired power generation projects.
- Knowledge of commissioning, startup activities, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong understanding of safety management systems and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on detailed execution.
- Resilience and sound judgment in complex stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource planning, and governance structures.
- Lead natural gas-fired power generation projects from development through commissioning and commercial operation.
- Serve as the primary owner's representative and point of contact for EPC contractors, consultants, and utilities.
- Manage project performance, including safety, quality, budget, schedule, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with engineering teams to review technical designs and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance and safety excellence.
