Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of direct project management or Oncology experience.
- Ability to travel up to 15-20% to visit customers or attend meetings.
- Strong customer service mindset with experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Highly analytical and detailed oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Availability to support projects within Central and Mountain US time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage large scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects with a diverse group of clinical and IT subject matter experts.
- Own project governance including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of project forecast.
- Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries.
- Advise customers on complex facility requirements including IT security, power, network, and server needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by delivering product, process, and procedural training.
- Mentor and support the development of other project managers.
