Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in capital project program management, field sales, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of direct data center market experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong understanding of the data center market and major project construction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders and execute strategic plans.
- Strong project management capabilities for complex, multi-functional initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage complex budgets.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the vision, strategy, priorities, and objectives of the MTDC Project Management Organization.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project management organization supporting strategic data center customers.
- Lead program leaders, project managers, and data center site representatives.
- Drive achievement of annual revenue targets, profitability objectives, and broader financial commitments.
- Partner with field sales and sales leadership to support revenue growth and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with project controls, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Continuously improve PMO processes, procedures, and digital tools.
- Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performing program leaders and project managers.
