Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
  • 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Experience leading teams, developing talent, and driving organizational change.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, accreditation processes, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in developing business plans, ROI analyses, and strategic action plans.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive improvements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 75%.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in medical device or dialysis technology environments (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, or CCRN (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a regional team of clinical excellence managers through coaching, mentorship, and career development.
  • Partner with sales teams to support new customer opportunities, account expansion, and long-term growth.
  • Contribute clinical expertise and solution-based recommendations to sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer business reviews, success plans, and clinical improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to expand technology utilization and improve outcomes.
  • Support training programs to ensure effective adoption of healthcare solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and quality initiatives across clinical operations.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues to provide strategic resolution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
