Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management, including hands-on delivery of cybersecurity or information security initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, IT, security, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Knowledge of one or more security domains such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Product Security, AI Governance, or IT Service Management.
- Strong experience with program governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, or equivalent solutions to improve reporting, meeting documentation, and workflow management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment without direct authority.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones while balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, ACSM, SAFe, CISM, or similar are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI, IT, and information security programs by developing comprehensive roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business functions to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Establish program charters, define roles and responsibilities, create communication plans, and develop success metrics to monitor project performance.
- Track program risks, dependencies, milestones, and operational issues while maintaining clear visibility for leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive the rollout of security initiatives, infrastructure migrations, and technology transformation projects using structured change management practices.
- Facilitate transparent communication by providing regular status updates, escalating risks, managing trade-offs, and ensuring timely decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, optimize program execution methodologies, and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency.
- Support leadership by defining measurable objectives, tracking key results, and developing executive dashboards to communicate program progress.
