Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience on enterprise finance systems or ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Ability to align Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams around shared delivery goals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, data flows, and integrations.
- Experience coordinating UAT and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in defect and issue tracking tools like Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive levels.
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment preferred.
- Familiarity with Finance-adjacent tools like Concur, Workday, or ZipHQ is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the TPM strategy for the Finance systems portfolio, including ERP, procurement, expense, and financial operations tooling.
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale Finance initiatives, managing milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop project plans spanning multiple teams and systems, proactively resolving blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure operational readiness before deployment.
- Establish and scale QA checkpoints, integration planning, and change management processes.
- Advise on tooling decisions, integration strategy, and platform trade-offs.
- Build program-level communication rhythms for executive sponsors and cross-functional leads.
