Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms.
- Deep understanding of workflow builders, automations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Expertise in product funnels, including activation, retention, and reducing time-to-value.
- Ability to translate feedback and support data into concrete product decisions.
- Experience partnering with engineering on large-scale frontend and backend architecture.
- Experience running feature discovery and validation loops with beta users.
- Strong ability to partner with design to simplify complex systems and reduce cognitive load.
- Proficiency in writing clear, structured PRDs and communicating roadmap tradeoffs.
- Experience analyzing data using tools like Superset, Pendo, or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close gaps from workflow creation to execution to improve activation and adoption rates.
- Drive initiatives to accelerate time-to-value for users launching their first automation.
- Lead retention and engagement efforts to make workflows a high-usage product.
- Champion builder simplicity by refining UI and reducing friction in critical paths.
- Analyze support tickets and user feedback to identify and resolve common sources of confusion.
- Collaborate with CRM, Reporting, Payments, AI, and Integrations teams on cross-functional improvements.
- Track performance metrics to identify usability bottlenecks and adoption trends.
