Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, systems administration, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of identity and access concepts including SSO, MFA, least privilege, and standards-based provisioning.
- Experience supporting macOS and/or Windows with modern device management, application packaging, and patching.
- Ability to script and integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, or workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and employee-facing technology platforms.
- Experience with incident and change management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development, troubleshooting, or workflow design.
Responsibilities
- Build and support automations for joiner, mover, and leaver flows, access requests, device management, and deprovisioning.
- Support identity and access capabilities using SSO, MFA, least privilege, and standards-based provisioning.
- Operate zero-touch device provisioning and management for macOS and Windows, including patching and compliance reporting.
- Use AI tools, APIs, and event-driven patterns to improve platform operations and workflows.
- Create self-service experiences, runbooks, and enablement content to reduce IT escalation.
- Add telemetry, logging, and dashboards to monitor and improve automated workflows.
- Participate in Tier 2/3 incident resolution and perform root cause analysis.
